The videoclip for Pink Satan - Manual de como olvidarte, which I co-directed with a collaborator (Gerard Barriga). Together we shaped the artistic vision—from concept development and art direction to costume design, filming, and post-production.

The song blends dark humor with reflections on grief and loss, and our challenge was to visually capture that tension between discomfort and satire. We created a faceless, anonymous figure in a white costume and placed it within abandoned brutalist architecture to reflect both emptiness and post-punk aesthetics.

Visually, we used a grayscale palette contrasted with bold red accents to symbolize violence and catharsis, enhanced with vector-based graphic overlays in rhythm with the music. In post-production, I led the editing, compositing and color grading, while my collaborator worked on integrating the final red motion elements.

The result was a collaborative piece that merges art direction, narrative design, and technical execution into a cohesive visual identity that reflects both the rawness of the music and the satirical intent of the artist.

What interests me most in art direction is the ability to give shape to an atmosphere — to make something invisible, like emotion or tension, feel present through light, space, or texture. I like when an image doesn’t explain itself completely, when it leaves room for interpretation and a bit of unease. That’s where I think meaning starts to emerge.

End of videoclip coming soon ...
